Truck Pit Stop is hiring a General Mechanic to handle general truck maintenance and repairs at our heavy-duty repair shop at 416 Seaboard Dr in Matthews, NC.

Position type: Contract
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Saturday
Location: 416 Seaboard Dr, Matthews, NC 28104

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical repairs
• Handle routine maintenance and inspections
• Assist with truck repair jobs as needed
• Diagnose basic mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• General mechanic experience preferred
• Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and complete work efficiently
