Mobile service is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m., within approximately 50 miles of our Matthews shop, depending on technician availability, shop workload, road conditions and the repair needed. The mobile charge is $350 per call plus $160 per labor hour, with no minimum.
What we can handle with mobile service
When conditions allow, our mobile technician can perform diagnostics, tire changes, oil changes and full PM service, brake work and electrical troubleshooting. Some failures can be safely completed roadside. Others need a lift, deeper testing, shop equipment or more repair time. In that case, the truck or trailer must come to Truck Pit Stop. We can arrange towing through an independent third-party provider.
