2020 Volvo VNR Front-End Repair Near Charlotte
A driver brought this 2020 Volvo VNR to our Matthews shop because the truck was pulling from side to side. We inspected the front end and found that the repair needed more than an alignment by itself. We replaced the front bearings, tie rods and drag-link components, installed two new steer tires, and completed the truck alignment in the same repair environment.
After we finished the component replacement and alignment, we road-tested the Volvo. The side-to-side pulling was gone during the post-repair road test. Those are the facts documented for this job; we are not adding measurements, causes or future-performance promises that were not recorded.

How did we verify the result?
We road-tested the truck after replacing the front-end components, installing the steer tires and completing the alignment. The original side-to-side pulling was gone during that test. We are not turning one successful repair into a promise about tire life, fuel economy, repair time or the future condition of another truck.

A truck that pulls or wanders may have a steering-linkage, wheel-end, tire, suspension or alignment problem—or more than one at the same time.
